Standards
On our platform, quality is top on our priority list. All
devices are measured against strict quality standards
to deliver just what you ordered.
Refurbished
Refurbished (Grade A) devices are in flawless condition. You can expect the following conditions:
- Do not show any signs of use.
- Have passed all functionality tests
How We Grade
All refurbished devices sold on our platform go through a rigorous quality control inspection process. All functions of the device are well tested to ensure the correct grading is assigned to it. We make sure to restore each device twice, double check cosmetics and process multiple IMEI checks in order to maintain consistent quality.
Grading Criteria
Each device is fully tested, data-wiped, sanitized and individually bubble bagged with an IMEI/serial number. These devices have passed all key functional tests; tests performed on these devices are listed in the Functionality Testing tab above.
NEW: SEALED
These devices are 100% brand new, sealed in plastic with their original box.
- All accessories are in the original plastic.
- Device has never been activated or used.
- Accessories have never been tampered with or used.
- The original box must still be in perfect condition.
